Ruffled Streamers

I was looking for Pinspiration for Lida's Little Mermaid party and I came across RUFFLED STREAMERS!  My first reaction was, "OMG how cute ... I have to make these!"  It didn't take me long to go to Party City to buy streamers and get this party started!  This project was super easy, but a very time consuming craft ... in the end it was WELL worth it!  Here was my Pinterest inspiration:  http://pizzazzerie.com/diy/tutorial-how-to-make-ruffled-crepe-paper-streamers.  
 
Here is how I used the RUFFLED STREAMERS in the end ... as tentacles for the jellyfish lanterns I hung for an under the sea effect.  Super cute!  So sad to see them tossed out after all that work though!
